Assessment & Moisture Mapping
Our team began with a detailed inspection using professional moisture detection tools. Elevated readings were found across multiple surfaces, including subflooring and structural components, confirming widespread saturation that required immediate mitigation.

Selective Demolition for Access
To reach affected materials, we removed sections of damaged kitchen flooring. Exposing the subfloor allowed us to properly treat the impacted areas and ensure no moisture remained trapped beneath finished surfaces.

Containment Setup
